We will gladly accept returns/exchanges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@sanmarisbotanicx.com. If you decide to return an item(s) to San Maris, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, taxes that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to San Maris. Please note that this amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. If the item(s) are returned for an exchange, we will provide a return shipping label to you at no charge.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping
We offer different shipping options depending on your location, including standard and express deliveries.
Standard shipping is free after spending $100 on all US orders.
Fees for other shipping methods are calculated during checkout.
San Maris ships to all USA Domestic areas. Please note that SANMARISBOTANICX.COM is not able to deliver shipment to Hawaii, Alaska, Quebec, P.O boxes, APO/FPO addresses, military states, or U.S territories.

Standard processing time is 1-3 days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends. Once your order has been completed and transferred to a carrier, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number which can be used to track your order directly online.
