Requesting a Return or Exchange

We accept returns/exchanges, if an email request is made, within 15 days of order delivery. 

To initiate a request for return/exchange, email info@sanmarisbotanicx.com with your order number. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/exchange will not be accepted.

If you decide to return item(s) for any reason, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to San Maris. We kindly request that you provide the tracking number for the return shipment, once it has been sent out. This helps us monitor the return process effectively to ensure a smooth exchange experience. 

The returned item must be received within 14 days of contacting San Maris. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. If a returned item is received used, damaged, or not in its original packaging, we reserve the right to decline the return and ship the product back to the address on file. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return for Exchange

To make the exchange process as seamless as possible, email info@sanmarisbotanicx.com your original order number and the name of the item that you wish to exchange with, so we can confirm that the item is available. The returned item must be received within 14 days of contacting San Maris. Once the returned item is accepted, a refund is issued within 7 days, for the amount of item minus the cost of shipping. We ask that you make a new order for the replacement item. You are responsible for all shipping fees and taxes accrued. 

Returns for Refunds:

The original shipping charges to you and taxes that incurred on the order are non-refundable. Please note that the amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, usually within 3-5 business days.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Shipping 

We offer different shipping options depending on your location, including standard and express deliveries. Shipping fees are calculated during checkout.

Standard shipping is free after spending $100 on all US orders. <<< UPDATE? 

San Maris ships to all U.S. lower 48 contiguous states. Please note that SANMARISBOTANICX.COM is not able to deliver shipment to Hawaii, Alaska, Quebec, P.O boxes, APO/FPO addresses, military states, or U.S. territories.

San Maris also ships to EU countries. We are working on extending our shipping zones, please contact us if you need any further information. 

Updated Shipping Processing Times: January 2026 

Standard processing time is 3-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends. Once your order has been completed and transferred to  carrier (UPS or USPS), you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number which can be used to track your order directly online.
