Baba is a tribute to Obatalá, the eldest Orisha, father of creation, and embodiment of wisdom, clarity, and peace. Known as the sculptor of human form, Obatalá carries both authority and deep compassion — a force of stillness that guides and protects.
This altar lighter reflects his luminous essence, adorned with mother of pearl for purity, cowrie shells for protection and abundance, glass shards for resilience and transformation, clear crystal points for vision, and abalone shell for harmony and the ocean’s song.
Each element mirrors Obatalá’s presence: radiant, cleansing, and infinite. Like the cool white cloth that cloaks him, Baba is a reminder of serenity amidst struggle and strength rooted in clarity.

Burn Care
Light candle for 2 hours the first time will get an even burn and avoid tunneling. Before each burn trim the wick to less than 1/4 of an inch, avoiding any black soot.
Never leave a candle unattended, near drafts, or move a candle while burning.
